GENERAL RULES FOR RETURNS  

  •  All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date;   
  •  A proof of purchase must be provided;  
  •  The product must be in its original packaging.   

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT?

  3. Wait for the return number we will send to you.  
  4. Send products to return and a copy of your invoice (via email?).
  5. Send us the merchandise in its original packaging.  
    (Do not stick a label or write on the productsNe pas coller d’étiquettes ou écrire sur les produits directement)
  6. The carrier will stick the transport label when picking up the product.    

 

WE TAKE BACK EVERYTHING, EXCEPT: 

  • Special orders;   
  • Customized (stamps);
  • Clearance items; 
  • Headsets (hygiene);  
  • No returns/defects on all Brother and Dymo products.  
    You must contact the supplier directly 
    (Brother : 1 877-BROTHER / Dymo : 1 800-668-4575);  
  • Printing consumables that are not in their intact, scealed packaging.   

 

WARRANTIES

We honor all of our suppliers' warranty policies. Defective products will be replaced or repaired, according to the manufacturer's policies or guidelines. In some cases, clients must contact the manufacturer's customer service themselves. Contact us for more information on warranty applicable on a specific product. Please note that a warranty return cannot be reimbursed, only replaced.
