CONDITIONS FOR FREE DELIVERY   

We offer free delivery everywhere in Quebec for all orders 50$ and more, excluding taxes and coupons. Fees of 8.00$ are applied for all orders under 50$. Fees above can be applied for some overweight and/or oversized items or which must be delivered in certain remote regions in Quebec or outside Quebec . We will contact you if additional fees are required for your order.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Orders are shipped by Mégaburo or one of our carriers in a delay of 1 to 3 business days. Lead time can vary depending on your region, the time at which you passed your order as well as product availability (furniture, customized items, back orders, etc.). RETURN OF GOODS

In order to return or exchange goods bought from Mégaburo, please complete and send us the Return Form in order to obtain a mandatory authorization number. The products to return must be intact and in their original box, and the request made within 30 days of delivery. Return costs are assumed by the client, except in cases where the product is defective or if we made a mistake in your order. In these specific cases, we will send a carrier pick up or replace the products at your home or office at our expense.
